Betty and Bob Maddex are just the sort of people you love to meet. They’ve been married since 1964 (not far from when Wonder first started slicing bread, color TV was a big hit, and bouffant hairdos were popular). Together, they’ve raised two wonderful children and now enjoy eight happy grandchildren in the green hills of Northwest Missouri.

When Bob retired after more than 40 years as a church pastor, he and Betty looked for something they could enjoy working on together. Betty had been stirring love and care into her homemade jellies to share with friends and family for years. They were so popular she could hardly keep up with the requests. That’s when Bob and Betty decided to make Blessing Times a full time partnership.
