This family owned business started with the grandmother, Betty, in 1982. After many years in the kitchen creating dishes for her catering business, she found the new challenge of making fresh jams rewarding. Not expecting to make a business of it, she made the jams for fund raisers and friends. Soon the requests for her jams and jellies became so demanding Betty had to hire her granddaughter to help. As more and more local stores started carrying her goods the whole family was helping "Ma" make the jams. Thus a full blown business was born.
