FAVORITE RECIPES
As always the question comes up "What do you do with pepper jelly?" Of course the most popular being: serve with cream cheese and ritz crackers. This can be as addictive as popcorn, you can't eat just one. But there are other uses for pepper jelly. Over the next few months we will go through some wonderful recipes using pepper jelly. Thai Honey Peanut Dip

Combine:
              1/2 cup honey
              1/4 cup peanut butter
              2 tablespoons soy sauce
              1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
              2 oz. of red pepper jelly

Mix until well blended. Serve with grilled or broiled chicken.
